The Program
From Process to Payback
Curriculum and platform, designed together. One client case runs through all six modules, and every module follows the same five-step cycle, from instruction to class debrief.
Who it's for
Professionals who have written code (any language, including Python, SQL, or JavaScript) and want to lead AI initiatives, not just build them.
Prerequisites
Not required
Experience building LLM, RAG, or agent applications, cloud architecture or MLOps knowledge, or business and finance training.
A ~4-hour self-paced primer, with a diagnostic quiz to test out of known units, brings every learner to the same starting point before Week 1.
Every module, the same cycle
Instruction
The instructor teaches the module's how-to, e.g. mapping a workflow to find bottlenecks.
Individual simulation
Each learner applies it, interviewing the stakeholders in ClientLab.
Team reconciliation
The team merges findings into one shared deliverable.
Evaluation
The deliverable is submitted and scored against the rubric.
Class debrief
An instructor-led debrief with the whole class.
Map the as-is workflow and find the real bottlenecks.
Deliverable: As-Is Workflow Map
Decide what to eliminate, automate, or augment, and who keeps decision rights.
Deliverable: To-Be Map + Decision Rights Matrix
Validate data assumptions and choose the right agent patterns and guardrails.
Deliverable: Architecture Blueprint
Build total cost of ownership, downside risk, payback, and IRR.
Deliverable: ROI Model + Sensitivity Analysis
Test for hallucination, prompt injection, drift, privacy, and IP exposure.
Deliverable: Risk & Audit Report
Tell the story top-down and handle objections in real time.
Deliverable: Investment pitch, defended live
Who It's For
Add a hands-on AI leadership program to your catalog for professionals who code, with curriculum, scenarios, and evaluation ready to run.
Prepare analysts, data scientists, developers, product managers, and technical leads to own AI initiatives end to end, from discovery to the board room.
Spring 2027
Co-develop the program, build your instructor bench, and run the first cohort.
